Routine follow-up Maintenance Overall Status (totslly service Request case number and pending closing case number, hisgh risk RFC status.)
For complicate Datacom service request, analyze technical issue with TAC together and helping customer solving technical request;
Independently finish small & medium project delivery (design/commission/acceptance verificaton).

Be familar with the basic knowledge of datacom (VLAN, RIP, SIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, EVP, VXLAN). HCIP Or CCIP certifications are Mandatory. In addition, HCIE Or CCIE s preferred;
Have a basic command of datacom product delivery, including but not limite to new service scenarios such as switches, routers, firewalls, NMS, and SDWAN;
More than 5 year experience on IP network. Rich experience on Hand-on experience and lab testing;
Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and logs);
Must have good communication skils;
Strong communication and expression skil, strong service awareness, working hard;
Strong driving force and execution ability. Strong sense of teamwork;
Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs;
Strong awareness of business owners, long-term adherence to “customer centriciy” to ensure the satisfaction
